More About Xenia Youth Fishing Derby
The Recreation and Events Commission is pleased to present the Annual Youth Fishing Derby at Shawnee Park. Children ages 4 to 15 are invited to attend this FREE event each year. Children need to bring their own fishing poles, but bait, door prizes, etc., are included for FREE!
Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and fishing begins at 9 a.m. Fishing concludes at 11:30 a.m. and the presentation of trophies (1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and biggest fish in each age group [4-7, 8-11, 12-15]) begins at noon.
