More About The Saltboxes of Stratford: A Walking Tour of Colonial Homes in the Historic Village
Over two hundred years later, the buildings of Stratford’s colonial families connect us to the earliest generations of New Englanders, including immigrants, Patriotic heroes, and some of America’s first politicians. Join us as we explore their stories and their homes, where we will discuss just what makes a saltbox a saltbox, what a colonial “starter” home was, and more!
The tour will feature some 25 homes and include an interior tours, complete with original details.
