Founders Isabelle and Vincent moved from France to the United States in order to create a new life. In doing so, they created Isabelle et Vincent, a traditional French bakery that offers the highest quality hand-made baguettes, croissants, chocolates, pastries, desserts, and the like. For over 10 years, Isabelle and Vincent worked tirelessly to provide the best traditional French products to their loyal supporters. In September of 2018, the Saulsberry family took on the huge task of purchasing the bakery and carrying on the legacy.
