More About Cacapon Riverfest
2nd Annual RiverFest, 11 am – 9 pm, Cacapon RiverFest.
The celebration starts with a concert by Shannon Bielski & Moonlight. Poet John Berry reads several river themed poems at 5:45 pm. Friday’s concert begins at 6 pm. Dunlap & Mabe continue the musical entertainment at 7:30 pm. These events are free, but donations are appreciated.
Events take place along the river at The River House. This environmentally themed event includes a river parade, rock skipping, and a mini-boat float.
Sponsored by The Friends of the Cacapon River, this event has something for everyone including live music, food trucks and fun activities for all.
