The Cultural Events Series at Frostburg State University will present multiple Grammy Award-winning Native American musician Bill Miller in a free workshop, “Songs of the Spirit,” at Clatter Café, 15 S. Broadway, Frostburg. Miller will share the history of traditional and contemporary Native American music along with a demonstration of the native flute and drum.
