More About Transforming Lives: The Impact of Your Donations
Your financial contribution sparks hope, offering shelter, meals, and education. Imagine the stories of renewed lives, the families reconnected, the second chances embraced—all because you cared.❤️
But the power doesn't stop there. A mere $50 supplies new bedding for a resident starting afresh. A $500 computer training course opens doors to a brighter future. And a $1000 donation feeds residents for three days, nourishing bodies and spirits alike.🛏️
From food to clothing, your donations create ripples of change. If you're ready to do more, roll up your sleeves and volunteer. Prepare meals, advocate, share your skills—every contribution adds to the tapestry of change. 🌟

More About Homes for the Brave
Applied Behavioral Rehabilitation Institute, Inc. (ABRI), doing business as Homes for the Brave, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit. ABRI/Homes for the Brave operates four programs: Homes for the Brave, Waldorf House, Veterans Service Center, and Female Soldiers: Forgotten Heroes, Connecticut’s first and only transitional housing program exclusively for homeless female Veterans and their children.
A great need exists for housing programs and support services like ours. On any given night, 40,000 United States Veterans find themselves homeless, and another 1.4 million are at-risk of homelessness due to a lack of affordable housing, financial resources, and support.1
With the help of our community, we will continue to uphold our mission of helping Connecticut’s Veterans and other individuals experiencing homelessness to return to meaningful, productive lives. We hope that you will join us as we serve the men and women who have served us all.
