Each 2-Hour Session of the 6-Week Program Offers a
Combination of Mind and Body Empowerment:
Each participant receives a journal in which she tracks her progress in three areas:
physical development, personal development, and writing skills.

Boxerina: Combination of Kickboxing and Ballerina movement led by Ms. Marcia O' Kane, President and CEO of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and creator of the Women Who Matter Luncheon Series.

Exercises Led by world-class female athletes such as 3-time World Triathlete Champion, Cassie Mcwilliam

A psychotherapist led open discussion to address today's issues including bullying, cliques, cutting and social media.

Nutritional Guidance by Denise Groothiust, Registered Dietitian, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Health Coach, Personal Trainer RD, CFMP, Pn1, CPT

Licensed Certified Avatar Master Coach, Jeanine Jackson, to Lead Compassion Exercise: Don't Blame, Don't Play the Victim

Initial Feedback on College Essay

Each 2-hour Sessions Participant Will Set a Primary Intention for the Week; Determine Goals to Achieve in the Following Week, Featuring Jeanine Jackson, Master Avatar Coach

Renouned Guest Speakers: Renouned Media People, Inspiring Athletes and highly successful local Entrepreneurs

Culminates with an Adventure: Real Outdoor Rock Climbing or Hiking to the NH Mountain Top and Staying Overnight in a Hut
