For lay individuals who have small claims matters.
A volunteer attorney is available at the Framingham/Natick District Court to assist eligible clients with their small claim matters. Most often, clients are attempting to defend against collections matters. Attorneys assist by providing advice and filling out paperwork. Attorneys may file a limited appearance to negotiate and/or assist clients at small claims hearings. The session will also be staffed by MetroWest Legal Services which will manage intake and client eligibility.
