HTM-492 is a hospitality course at Purdue University Northwest where students learn to run a restaurant. From doing dishes to gourmet food preparation, table service and management, the students are given the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the restaurant business.

You are invited to enjoy this unique culinary showcase! Come dine with us every Wednesday night until April 25th we will be offering a five-course meal of fine dining quality for only $22 per person*. Seating is limited and reservations are necessary. First service begins at 5pm, and a second seating is available at 7:15pm. The menu varies weekly and the fourth course (main dish) selection is made during the reservation process. Business casual attire is requested.

*Dinner price includes coffee or tea with meal. Soda, wine, and beer is available at an additional cost. Dinner on April 25th will be $25 per person.
