More About Register Now for Ultimate Frisbee with Dyer Parks & Recreation June 14-July 26 (ages 17+) 🏅
Are you interested in learning a new sport that is low-contact, high intensity and a ton of fun? Welcome to Ultimate Frisbee, where aspects of soccer are combined with frisbee throwing to create an exciting cardio sport. During this 7-week program, participants will learn and practice throws, offense, defense, rules, drills and get a great workout at the same time. Participants 17 and older are welcome to register for this sport. Football or soccer cleats are optional but helpful for directional changes.
