More About Joseph G. Paulozzi, ESQ.

For over 20 years attorney Joseph Paulozzi has represented thousands of seriously injured victims of negligence, and his practice is dedicated exclusively to personal injury law. Attorney Paulozzi has negotiated significant compensation settlements both in and out of court for clients injured in automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents, including victims of cell phone / texting or intoxicated drivers. Mr. Paulozzi has also successfully represented and obtained significant compensation awards for clients in wrongful death and nursing home neglect cases, as well as those who suffered serious dog bite and slip, trip and fall injuries.

Attorney Paulozzi is admitted to practice in all of the courts in the State of Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Joe’s practice has been dedicated solely to the rights of the injured since he started practicing law in 1992, and he does not accept defense retainers from insurance companies. Attorney Paulozzi has achieved a “Superb” rating (10/10) from AVVO, has been awarded a “10 Best in Client Satisfaction” designation by AIPAI, and achieved a 4.8/5 ranking from Martindale. Joe also qualified for and was granted membership in Mensa, the high I.Q. society, and is a member of The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Mr. Paulozzi grew up in a very large family on the west side of Cleveland and graduated from St. Ignatius High School. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University and received his Master’s degree from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. Attorney Paulozzi earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the College of Law at Cleveland-Marshall with distinction, including top accolades in trial advocacy and appellate court practice. Joe lives in Richfield, Ohio, and has two children, Jack and Ava.
