First Responders Day will return to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Wednesday, May 15. We will thank our first responders by admitting free* attendance for practice of the 103rd Running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. First responders can also show their department badge or proof of employment at our Trackside Credential Office to receive two wristbands allowing pit and garage access for the day (must be 18 years or older).

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is The Greatest Race Course in the World and has played host to some of the biggest names in auto racing history.

IMS is also the home of The Greatest Spectacle in Racing...the Indianapolis 500. The 500-Mile Race is an automobile race held annually at Indianapolis Motor Speedway over Memorial Day weekend.

In addition to the races, IMS is also home to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum, Two Gift Shops, and the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course! Ground Bus Tours and the Indy Racing Experience Two Seater are available on select dates.
