Your first step is to attend an information session at Second Helpings. You don’t need to bring anything to these sessions, but feel free to bring friends and family members who are also interested in the program.

Class 128 Info Sessions (January 6, 2020 – February 21, 2020)
â–ª Tuesday, December 3 at 10am
â–ª Monday, December 9 at 2pm
â–ª Tuesday, December 17 at 10am

Each step in the 7-week program ensures students are focused on mastering lessons and skills taught each day. Second Helpings’ Culinary Job Training program is a “Program of Excellence” by the American Culinary Federation, and is taught by two professional chefs on staff, and guest chef instructors who come straight from the industry to teach specialty skills. Instructors take time to answer questions and offer advice to make sure students are able to master the skills needed.
