TICKETS ARE ON SALE FOR THE 7th ANNUAL WINNERS' SHOWCASE

Tickets are on sale now, and reservations are being accepted, for the 7th Annual Winners' Showcase featuring the world premier of three, new ONE ACT plays to be staged at both the Bedford Arts Cooperative and the State Theater of Johnstown at the end of this month. Tickets include full productions of the first and second place winners along with a robust preview of the third place winner! This year's first place winner, "Jell-O is Forever," by Cara Ringler, is a heartwarming vignette of the love between Oliver and David as David faces a scary operation. In second place, "Pure of Heart," by Robert Jeschonek, a young child and his family try to cope with the after effects of horrific trauma. (SA: TRIGGER WARNING.) The third place winner, "Where is Brita Lansbury," by Noah Hughes offers a lighthearted romp through Las Vegas as two friends try to crack a cold, missing-person's case to skyrocket their film production careers. **Due to the adult and graphic nature of some scenes, we are recommending that no children under 14 attend and any children under 18 be accompanied by an adult. This is a BYOB+ event. Patrons wishing to bring a beverage must present photo id. Reservations are accepted to guarantee admission, but seating is open and available on a first come, first-served basis. Facilities at the Bedford Arts Cooperative are handicapped accessible, but, at this time, the State Theater is under renovation and NOT currently handicapped accessible.
