More About Museum My Way Event at Children's Museum
Museum My Way is the new name for the Extended Hours Events at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis. This is an opportunity for visitors with disabilities and/or sensory sensitivities to experience the museum in a new way. It will include The Power of Children, Playscape, ScienceWorks and Carousel Wishes and Dreams exhibits.
Sensory modifications include:
-Limited capacity
-Quiet area with sensory items
-Some music turned down or off
-Edited lighting effects in some areas
