More About this Event Poster: Lafayette Society of Performing Arts

The mission of the Lafayette Society for Performing Arts (LSPA) is to promote, cultivate, nurture and enhance the performing arts experiences for LaGrange, Troup County, Greater West Georgia and East Alabama.

Since its inception in 1981, LSPA has strived to be one of West Central Georgia’s most instrumental organizations for promoting cultural awareness, artistic expression, and appreciation for the Performing Arts. Through participating in LSPA’s multiple endeavors, artists and audiences alike collaborate to realize meaningful experiences through live productions meant to energize the individual imagination and to enrich the community as a whole.

In 2015, LSPA has made significant changes to better serve the community and those participating in our educational programming. Our recent rebranding campaign allowed LSPA’s organizations to be unified under a common logo and our comprehensive website( has made access to information, purchasing, tickets, or even making a donation just a mere click away. Now serving eight organizations under its umbrella including: the Azalea Storytelling Festival, the Lafayette Ballet Company, the Lafayette Dance Academy, the Lafayette Ballet Guild, the Lafayette Theatre Company, the Lafayette Theatre Academy, the Lafayette Theatre Outreach, and Young Singers of West Georgia…LSPA is the PERFORMING ARTS CENTER of LaGrange, Troup County, Greater West Georgia and East Alabama. Whether your passion is acting, dancing, singing, storytelling or other forms of artistic expression, LSPA hopes to offer you a one-stop shop to engage and nurture all of your creative needs.
