October 15 to December 7, 2023 is the Medicare open enrollment period.

It is during this time of year that senior citizens and people who are on Medicare disability can review and change a Medicare Advantage plan or a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan. Medicare supplemental insurance policies can be reviewed any time of year.

If your prescription drug medications have changed in the past year, you definitely should review your plan with an agent during the open enrollment season. Medication coverage, tier level, and price can change with a company's plans from year to year. That is why it is so important to get with an agent to review plans so that you can get the most for your money.
