Whether you're earning college credits at your high school through our Early College program, taking core classes at our campus, or completing the Nursing program at the Bedford County Technical Center, you'll find yourself welcomed and embraced by our professors, administrators, and staff year-round at our learning facilities.

In 1990, Allegany College of Maryland began offering associate degree and certificate program through evening classes at Everett Area High School in Bedford County. Realizing the student need for both day and evening classes in the area, our college constructed a 19,500 square foot facility in Everett, Pennsylvania, upon seven acres of land donated by the Everett Area School District. The $2.3 million building was fully funded by the Bedford County Commissioners, the Southern Tier Education Council, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in cooperation with the Bedford County Regional Education Foundation. Our Bedford County Campus facility now houses ten classrooms, two state-of-the-art computer labs, an online learning classroom, electronic library, bookstore, student lounge, conference room, and faculty and administrative offices, including Admissions/Registration, Student Services, Placement Testing and Career and Transfer Planning and Advisement, and Foundation.

The Bedford County Campus offers programs of study in Applied Technical Studies, Business, Computer Science, General Studies, Hospitality Management - Hotel and Restaurant Management and Psychology. At the Bedford County Technical Center - a partner and host of Allegany College of Maryland - we offer both credit and non-credits courses and training in Computer Science, Nursing, with articulated programs in Automotive Technology, Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, and Allied Health.
