More About Lebanon City Market *COVID-19 Safety Guidelines In Place*

Lebanon City Market is a place for local & area residents to find fresh, locally produced food. The Market runs every Tuesday, 5pm-8pm, June through August on the new Main Street in front of Greeks Pizza, EB Gear and other great downtown businesses.

Due to the Executive Order from the Governor, only Food items will be available at our first 2 markets on Tuesday, June 2nd & June 9th. Here are some other things to keep in mind when preparing to visit the Lebanon City Market:

***Please DO NOT enter the farmers market if:
■ You are not feeling well
■ You have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

● Come prepared. Follow our Facebook page or website for updates about what will be offered during the market so you can make a list and come prepared.
● Enter the market through the designated point (At Keybank on the Big 4 Trail located on Main Street). Our market is trying to manage traffic in a certain direction to assist with appropriate social distancing and avoid bottlenecks.
● Avoid touching your face, and cell phone to reduce the potential spread of germs.

SHOPPING AT THE MARKET AND STAYING SAFE
● No touching. Shop with your eyes. Allow the vendor/farmer to pack your product for you.
● Many vendors have the ability to accept credit cards/debit cards/EBT tokens. Ask your vendor if they would prefer you to use a card/tokens.
● Be swift. If we are being honest, we all have a favorite vendor we look forward to talking to as much as we look forward to buying their products. But now is not the time to chit-chat. Please choose your products, pay the vendor and proceed through the market.
● Be patient. These are trying times for all of us, and with these added safety measures, your transactions may take longer than usual.
● Look for market signs with directions and safety precautions. Our market has new procedures to ensure your health and safety. Please follow them!
● Use hand sanitizing stations frequently when entering/leaving and traveling through the City Market.
● Social distancing, keeping in mind that the CDC recommends keeping 6 feet between you and the next person and encourages the wearing of face mask.
● Wash all produce before consuming!
