More About St. Jude Rock 'N' Roll Marathon, 1/2 Marathon and 5K
In 2017, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series will be celebrating 20 Years Running. It all began in San Diego in 1998. 2017 will also mark St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Marathon & 1/2 Marathon’s 18th year with the series since its inaugural race in 2000.
Originally known as the Country Music Marathon, Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville is our second longest running race and continues to embrace the country music influence within the broader genre of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Named a Bucket List race by Runner's World Magazine, the Rock 'n' Roll Nashville event features one of our series’ largest block parties and most spectators thanks to terrific community support from start to finish. Join us in Music City in 2017 to celebrate 20 Years Running!
