More About Youth Dance Lab

The Ballroom Dance Preservation Society is offering the first of a series of 6 week dance workshops for teens ages 12 to 17. Learning to do something new helps boost a person's confidence, and a physical activity such as dancing can also elevate mood levels. The teens may make new friends, participate in the benefits of an active lifestyle and feel more self-confident.
