Our dedication to quality comes from a strict policy to use only the freshest ingredients, the tastiest combinations of toppings, and a mouth-watering store-baked crust. As for the innovation side of things, well that’s easy. Think about it. What does an office full of freethinking, pizza connoisseur daredevils get you? It gets you mandarin oranges, Canadian bacon, pineapples, mozzarella, and cheddar (Paia Pie). It gets you black beans, grilled chicken, olives, onions, cilantro, and cheddar (Baja 1000). And for the politically savvy pizza-eaters, it gets you homemade hummus in place of tomato sauce, tomatoes, olives, feta, fresh basil, pepperoncinis, and mozzarella (Peace in the Middle East). This is the sort of pizza invented by people who sail from kites, who snowboarded before there were snowboards, and who learned to always color outside the lines.

Todd Parent-Founder It’s only natural that CEO Todd Parent would be the founder of a fresh concept named... Extreme Pizza. Born within the New York Metropolitan Area, Todd grew up on pizza. An avowed fan of extreme sports such as mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, kite sailing and downhill skiing, Todd used his love for fierce competition and his culinary roots to formulate a concept devoted to serving the perfect pizza.

After receiving his degree in economics and working a few years on Wall Street, Todd decided to pursue his heart and embarked on a culinary career. While studying in France, he was intrigued by flocks of Parisians gathered at crepe stands for meals-to-go. This would spark his idea to offer Americans a gourmet alternative to fast food.

From his love of New York pizza, Todd took a fresh approach by using super premium healthier ingredients, fast-fresh made-to-order formulation and added a dash of California creativity. The award winning Extreme Pizza was born!

Todd says "The Extreme Team is dedicated to providing our customers with nourishing and healthy food choices whether they prefer in-store dining, take-out or delivery to their home or office. Since our inception we've remained focused on innovative combinations using only the finest ingredients and maintaining our core philosophy: ’Extreme. Not mainstream.’“

Today, Extreme Pizza has franchise units from coast to coast. Todd says he owes the company success to it’s focus on innovation in both its products and company practices. We all believe that some of that success can be traced back to naming the company after the extreme sports that we all love, and of course... his employee's crazed enthusiasm for great pizza!
