Twice a month on the second and forth Sunday of the month, the BFF of CT in Middletown, CT offers two unique opportunities to explore the core teachings and practices of Buddhism as a philosophy of life. Its Practice & Talks are non-committing occasions to learn about Buddhism in a nurturing, gentle, and systematic way. These gatherings are ideal for beginners to the most veteran practitioners; just attend, practice, and learn.​ It is open to the general public; no experience necessary.

The Buddhist Faith Fellowship is an open, nurturing, and non-judgmental spiritual community, located in central Connecticut. We are open to the public; no experience necessary.

Since 2001, the Fellowship has offered a full array of spiritual activities that include bimonthly Practice & Talk gatherings, family practice meetings, meditation circle, a 12 Step group, prison ministry, end of life programs, retreats, mindfulness, meditation and contemplative training, social and cultural events, and plenty of opportunities to learn about and practice the Buddhism in the contemporary American context.
