More About Minneapolis - Open Door Support Group - Nokomis Library

NAMI Minnesota’s Open Door support groups provide ongoing support for individuals with an anxiety or panic disorder. Groups are free and meet for 90 minutes. Groups are a place to find support, learn new skills and strategies, and better understand and manage anxiety in daily life. The Open Door program is based on the book Embracing the Fear: Learning to Manage Anxiety and Panic Attacks by Judith Bemis and Amr Barrada. All groups are facilitated by people with lived experience with anxiety and panic attacks.

Partner: NAMI MN (National Alliance on Mental Health)
