Strong nonprofits have a diverse team of leaders – staff and board – who embrace the mission and clearly understand their goals and responsibilities. Based on the Center’s updated guide, Principles & Practices: Best Practices for North Carolina Nonprofits, this interactive workshop offers both new and experienced nonprofit leaders an exploration of twelve core management principles, from financial management and civic engagement to fundraising and legal compliance, for nonprofits to improve and strengthen their organizations. Participants receive a copy of Principles & Practices.

This interactive workshop is possible through the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits and the financial support of Duke Energy.

Registration is FREE - and required.
