More About AARP Driver Safety course

AARP Driver Safety course teaches valuable defensive driving skills and provides a refresher in the rules of the road. The course was designed for mature drivers, however all drivers 25+ can participate. SC residents qualify for an auto insurance discount by completing the 4-hour course (other participants should check with their auto insurance agent). The classroom course is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members to cover the costs for instructional materials and will be collected by the instructor the day of class (only cash or check made payable to AARP). Participants should bring their driver's license, AARP membership card (if applicable), payment, and light snack/drink.
