About Reagan Homes

I’m Dave Reagan, founder and owner of Reagan Homes. For over 30 years now, I have been pursuing my passion, building custom homes in communities throughout Southeastern Connecticut. Success in any business, and life in general, can be measured by the relationships we have. Cultivating positive relationships with clients, contractors, realtors and town officials is just one of the qualities that sets Reagan Homes apart from the rest.

I live and work in the community that I build homes in. I’m invested beyond a business responsibility. My children may go to school with your children. You may encounter my wife or myself out to dinner or at a store. I maintain my visibility before, during and after your homebuilding experience. I’m confident that you will be completely satisfied with your new custom home, should you choose me as your Connecticut home builder.

I pride myself on constructing top-notch, quality custom homes in CT. I love my own home, and I want the same for you. It’s more than legal documents and hammers and nails. At the end of the day, you might not remember what it cost to install the cabinetry and granite you selected for your home, but you’ll remember the way it felt to see your new amazing custom kitchen for the first time. I want you to walk away from this experience with the feeling that you would choose Reagan Homes again, and you wouldn’t hesitate to recommend us to a friend, co-worker or family member.

I have an enthusiasm for meeting quality people and placing them in quality homes. I expect that same level of passion and dedication from every member of the Reagan team. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to turn your dream home vision into a reality.

Why not consider a coupon or a promotional event? If you just need to keep yourself in the public eye you might want to think about placing an eye-catching full-color ad. You can choose your medium: the website, the mobile app, the weekly newsletter, our popular wall calendar, or any combination of the four.

Did you know that independent studies by the Verafast Corporation repeatedly show that at least 70% of all homeowners who receive our calendar keep and use it all year long? That's a phenomenal retention rate and makes sure that your business or organization is truly being put On Display Every Day.

With your account you'll also have the opportunity to post events that will appear on our website, in our weekly newsletter, and on our mobile app. Please remember that Town Planner is a franchise and all events are subject to approval by the local publisher in your area. As a general rule, our publishers are happy to accept non-profit events, but some publishers may have individual policies concerning for-profit events or events that compete with paying Town Planner sponsors. If you're uncertain about your event, please feel free to contact your local publisher to inquire about his or her policies prior to posting.

Remember too that we are a family friendly organization and reserve the right to reject any events that we deem inappropriate for our calendar or online media tools.
