More About Boosting Your Teen's Morale - Empowerment & Adventure Program starting Sept 17th

Eating disorders can be a difficult condition to navigate. Fortunately, there are ways that you can help boost your teen’s morale:

1. Encourage Positive Self-Talk: Remind them of their strengths, talents, and their worth beyond their appearance. Encourage them to write out positive affirmations and repeat them daily. ❤️
2. Celebrate their Milestones: Recovering from an eating disorder is a journey, and it's important to acknowledge the small victories along the way. This can help boost their self-esteem and motivate them to keep going. 🏆
3. Consider the Empower Adventure Program: Sometimes, getting outside of your normal environment can be just the thing your teen needs to make progress in recovery. These activities can provide a much-needed break from the stress of recovery and help her cultivate a positive outlook on life.
