More About Put your teen on the right path. Program starts Sept 17th

In teens aged 15-19 years, suicide ranks fourth among the leading causes of death. It is important to be informed about the warning signs of suicide so that we can do our part in saving precious lives. These tips can help you make a difference:

1. Become informed and take the warning signs seriously. These signs can include depression, anxiety, changes in mood or behaviour, substance abuse, and feelings of hopelessness.
2. Parents, friends, and family members can help by providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. 🫂
3. Encourage teens to seek professional help, such as a guidance counsellor, therapist, or psychiatrist.
4. Raise awareness and spread the word. ✅
5. Join the Empowerment & Adventure Program. Through this program, teenagers can learn important skills to help them build resilience and persistence, and learn about themselves in a new way, instilling in them more courage and self-confidence. ✨
