More About Walking Phoenixes

A TRIBUTE TO THE MAN IN BLACK - Johnny Cash's Greatest Hits!

When the Walking Phoenixes take the stage in their signature "all black" three piece suits, you can't help but wonder if they have what it takes to be a tribute to the "Man in Black.” It is more than just a band or a likeness of Johnny Cash, it's an experience. Based out of Los Angeles, the Walking Phoenixes give these classic Johnny Cash songs a re-birth, a modern and sometimes hot-rodded sound created out of their liking and love for Cash.

Whether they are headlining a summer concert series for over 10,000 people, or performing for one special person, they strive to inspire and uplift any environment, thus touching people's hearts and making them smile.

The event is set for a great night of entertainment with special guests, Bill Dempsey Young with his comedic style on "Boy Named Sue,” the darling Jeanne Marie Jacobson as June Carter and other guests setting the stage with a night filled with great songs of Johnny Cash including a special Salute to the Veterans and more.......

Join in the celebration concert as they wrap their two week "We Share the Gift" tour entertaining the incarcerated facilities and juvenile correctional institutes in Idaho.

Credits include: Groundbreaking & Grand Opening of the Johnny Cash Trail at Folsom Prison. Featured on front cover of Folsom Lake Entertainer, Folsom, California.

JD Roth (Biggest Loser, Extreme Makeover Producer) "Walking Phoenixes.......serious talent and pure entertainment."

Don Grierson (Music Consultant, Former Sr. VP President A&R Epic Records & Exec. Producer) "Drewin is a hardworking, passionate, creative soul.....a great message of how to help those in need, offered with love."
