LandSafe Equestrian Safety Clinic in Medina 🐎

LandSafe Equestrian is coming back for a third year in a row at Michael Willham Eventing!

I am thrilled and honored to host such a deeply important clinic for all equestrians in the area. LandSafe has developed a specialized program to teach riders of all disciplines techniques on how to best protect yourself from harm in the inevitable event that you become separated from your horse. This clinic focuses both on gymnastics-style techniques on the ground as well as transferring those skills to a mechanical horse.
If you ride horses, no matter what discipline, you will fall off. You don't have to be jumping to fall off. Horses spook and trip, equipment breaks. Come learn important techniques to protect yourself while falling, gain distance away from the horse to avoid being stepped or fell on, and build your comfort level by feeling more confident in the saddle in the event you may fall off.
The clinic schedule is currently as follows:

Friday
5pm-7pm Junior session Day 1

Saturday
8am-12pm Adult session Group A Day 1
1pm-5pm Adult Session Group B Day 1
5pm-7pm Junior Session Day 2

Sunday
8am-12pm Adult session Group A Day 2
1pm-5pm Adult Session Group B Day 2

Junior sessions are $190 for the 2-day clinic (Juniors are ages 6-11)
Adult sessions are $350 for the 2-day clinic
For those of you who have taken a LandSafe clinic before, you will use the same link to sign up, but you will receive a $100 refund at the clinic (to make your total fee for the weekend $250).
I cannot speak highly enough of LandSafe and the knowledge I have gained from participating in it. Riding horses is a dangerous hobby/sport, we invest so much of our time and money into our horses, equipment, and helmets/vests. This clinic will give you safety skills that will last you a lifetime. And even avoiding one minor injury will more than pay for itself.
