More About Free support group for parents of youth with mental health issues

Having a child with mental health challenges can be stressful, exhausting, and lonely. NAMI Southwest CT is offering a FREE SUPPORT GROUP for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental health conditions.

NAMI-CAN (Child & Adolescent Network) provides support for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents, under age 21, with behavioral, emotional and mental health concerns.

The support group is FREE, confidential, safe and led by trained volunteer facilitators with lived experience. Parents and caregivers may speak freely and be understood without embarrassment or the fear of being judged or treated differently.
