Rouge et Blanc

More About Rouge et Blanc

Rouge et Blanc attracts thousands of food & wine lovers annually to enjoy the best the region has to offer.

The main tasting, sold out thirteen years running, is a four-hour tasting extravaganza, and Banners at McNeese is excited to announce that the 2019 event, set for October 12, will relocate to scenic downtown Lake Charles with a fresh new look.

Having grown considerably since its beginnings in 2006, Rouge et Blanc now offers several auxiliary events in conjunction with the main tasting held each October.

The entire affair is made possible through the generosity of area sponsors, restaurants, wine vendors, expert presenters, and patrons. A group of community volunteers also make this annual event possible through their tireless work and dedication to celebrating culture and diversity in Southwest Louisiana.

Rouge et Blanc serves as the flagship fundraiser for Banners at McNeese State University, allowing for funding to the annual Cultural Series in March & April, as well as off-season educational components through the Banners Engages program.

Stay tuned for more information on ticket sales coming your way very soon!
