VP Library: Drive-thru Services!

VP Library: Drive-thru Services!

More About VP Library: Drive-thru Services!

We will reopen for curbside(at all branches) and drive-thru service (at the Abbeville Branch) on Monday, May 18, 2020.
As much as we would love to have back inside our libraries to choose your own books, it just isn't possible at this time.
The librarians at any of our branches will be happy to pick out a book for you!
* please request your book through OPAC(on our website
click for details), by calling any library
branch or by email. You can't drive up and request a book
because staff aren't able to pull those books at that time.
* if you choose to pick up your books in our drive-thru, please put Abbeville
as your pick up branch.
* please wait to be called before you head to any branch to
pick up and reserved items
* there will not be any other service available besides book
pick-up
* please return all your books to one of the bookdrops located
outside of each branch. Don't try and return them to your
librarian.
* books will be "quarantined" for 72 hours before being
checked in and put back into circulation. Please don't be
alarmed if you still see it showing checked out on your library
account.
* we will continue to be a fine free facility until we are back to
our normal operating routine

As a general rule, we welcome the submission of events from charities, non-profit organizations, and municipal or community organizations such as mayor's offices, churches, schools, and the like. To get started, simply create an account. It's free and easy and you'll be able to start posting events as soon as you receive your authorization email.

If you're a business owner or you wish to promote a for-profit event, your event may be subject to the policies of your local Town Planner publisher. Some publishers may charge a nominal fee for such events, or reject them if they compete with other events from paying sponsors. To learn more about your local publisher's policies, or to inquire about adding a coupon or display ad for your business, please use our contact form.

Please keep in mind that Town Planner is a family-friendly publication and we reserve the right to reject any event that is deemed offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for inclusion on our site.
