Our top priority is protecting the health and safety of our community. In an effort to help support federal and state initiatives to minimize the spread of COVID-19, WCCH continues to update and make changes to our policies to best protect our employees and patients.

Visitation Policy Update:
In following a mandate from the Louisiana Department of Health, we are temporarily limiting visitation to WCCH.

• Patients are limited to one visitor (18 years or older) per patient.
• All visitors will need to use the Emergency Department entrance after 5 pm.
• Visitation hours end at 5 pm.
• Visitors will be screened with a temperature check and questionnaire prior to entry.
• If a visitor has a temperature above 100.4 they will not be allowed entry.
• The cafeteria is closed to the public but will continue to provide service to employees, physicians and approved visitors.

New entrance hours are below and may be subject to change.
Stelly Lane Main Entrance Hours:
7 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday

Cypress Street Entrance:
7 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Emergency Department:
24/7 Access
