Enjoy this free online beginning Tai Chi class from home led by Christine Bhe. This 45-minute exercise is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Engage your mind and energize while stretching and moving your entire body. Participants may stand or sit in a chair; no floor work or equipment is needed. Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, strength, mood, mental acuity, chronic pain, and other health conditions.
Registration with email required for Zoom meeting invitation. It's okay to register even if you can't attend all sessions for the month. Please consult with your physician regarding your participation in physical activity. By registering for the class(es), you voluntarily and knowingly agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result in participating in the class(es).
