Cathy Honeycutt was born and raised in Atlanta, GA but left for the Carolinas when it came time for college and never looked back. At Wingate College she majored in Art and then later transferred to Catawba for to finish her BA in Speech and Drama. Both schools are in North Carolina (Wingate and Salisbury). By 26 she was a corporate wife and mother which lead to multiple moves through the years and great training on how to buy and sell homes. The end result has been 22 moves since high school. Now she has settled down after a great career in media sales landing on the South Carolina coast nearly 20 years ago.
She has represented the North Myrtle Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador and the Little River Chamber of Commerce as Chairman of the Board to learn numerous details about the area. Her interest and participation in local organizations have also taken her to the Humane Society, Keep North Myrtle Beach Beautiful and the North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum just to name a few.
