Wear your Hawaiian shirt, grab one of our specialty Hawaiian cocktails and join us on the dock at Norm Bloom & Sons Oyster Farm in Norwalk. Learn about our important oystering industry while slurping down fresh clams and oyster right off the boat. Enjoy the sounds of our ukulele trio while you savor our luau themed food from Harbor Harvest including La Cochina Mojo roasted pork in mini tacos with pineapple salsa. Kings Hawaiian beef brisket sliders, gulf shrimp gazpacho shooters, smoked salmon on cucumber with smoked vidalia aioli, chorizo and vegetable empanadas!
