Orangeburg Cinderella Project

More About Orangeburg Cinderella Project

On prom night, every girl deserves to feel like Cinderella, but for some, finances get in the way. This year, the SC Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) invites you to be a fairy godmother and make a student's dreams come true.

The Cinderella Project provides free, gently-worn prom dresses for students who lack the resources to buy a gown for their high school prom. You can be a fairy godmother by donating clean dresses in all sizes, evening bags, jewelry, shoes and other accessories.

Donate at any of the following locations by March 6:

• Avinger Law Firm, 2718 W. Cleveland St., Elloree
• Orangeburg County Solicitor’s Office, Courthouse Basement, 151 Docket St., Orangeburg
• TRMC Canteen, 3000 St. Matthews Rd., Orangeburg

The Cinderella Project boutique will be at Catch the Vision International on March 10. Students can to shop for a free gown with a personal stylist from 9 to 11 a.m. Don't forget your student ID.
