More About Spring into Fine Arts

Madison, WI – 14 South Artists, Inc. presents Spring into Fine Arts in partnership with OccuPaws, a local non-profit charity. The art fair will take place on April 21, 2018 at the historic Madison Masonic Temple. The Masonic Temple is located at 301 Wisconsin Ave., Madison, WI., at the intersection with East Johnson St.

The art fair is a one-day event from 10 am to 4 pm and consists of 30 highly skilled area artists in a variety of mediums including painting, photography, jewelry, woodworking, fused glass, metalworking, glass mosaics and fiber arts. The public is invited to attend, view, and purchase high quality art created by local Wisconsin artists.

Donations to support OccuPaws, a non-profit charity that trains guide dogs for the visually impaired, will be accepted at the fair. OccuPaws will have an information booth plus some of its service dogs in training at the event. Also, it is quite possible a litter of their newly born puppies will make an appearance to exhibit their cuteness and lovability. Visit occupaws.org to learn more about this great charity.

“Our members are excited to take part in Spring into Fine Arts and proud to be supporting a wonderful charity such as OccuPaws,” said Ann Kleckner, President of 14 South Artists, Inc. “By partnering with OccuPaws, our artists are able to give back to the community while sharing our passion for art.”

Ten gift certificates will be drawn randomly throughout the fair. A certificate entitles the winner to a $25 discount toward the purchase of art from any artist that day or at future 14 South Artists, Inc. events.

Ample free parking is available at the Masonic Temple in the parking lot off East Johnson St. and on surrounding streets. Paid parking is also available at the Dayton/Pinckney and State Street Capitol parking ramps.
