My Mission: Building a better community by empowering business owners to build better businesses.

I work with successful business owners, leaders and professionals who want to get better. What does better mean? You tell me. Is it revenue growth and a healthier bottom line? Is it a more focused and productive team doing more meaningful work? Is it a clear vision for the future and a well-thought-out plan to achieve that vision? Is it simply being able to be home for dinner or coach your kid's soccer team? Whatever success means for you, that is where we focus.

I meet my clients where they are in their businesses or careers. I work with them to identify and achieve their versions of success through a combination of one to one coaching, team training, seminars and assessments, all based on Brian Tracy’s decades of business coaching, training and thought-leadership. My goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to address the issues they face in their businesses, whether they are related to time, team, money, or clarity of purpose. Over time, and with dedication to the process and accountability to their results, my clients learn the skills and disciplines required for greater success. My role is to ask questions, get my clients to dig deep to find answers, keep them focused on their goals and hold them accountable to the actions they identify as being most critical to success.

Coaching is relational, and highly personal. There has to be a fit. We get into some deep, heavy stuff, and trust and accountability are paramount to success. Above all, it is about mindset. My clients want to get better, know that better means change and change means work, and they are ready to DO that work. If you're ready, so am I. Let's talk.
