More About North River Ruritan seeking donations for picnic
My name is Robin Wright and I represent the North River Ruritan Club here in Hampshire County. We will be hosting our
annual Community Picnic on June 18, 2022 and I am reaching out to the local businesses for donations. All of the proceeds will continue to go to The Children’s Home Society of West Virginia (Romney location). This event will have food, raffles, door prizes, games, and much more. This is the fifth year of the annual event and we would like for it to be another success. Any businesses that donate toward the event will be considered sponsors and North River Ruritan Club has decided to help promote those businesses by offering banners which will be displayed at our picnic and at future events, depending on the level of donation.
Donation Club:
Gold: $250 (Sponsors will receive a banner that will be displayed the day of the event. North River Ruritan Club will also display your banner at any functions that we have for a full year following the June event, showing your support).
Silver: $100 (Sponsors will share a banner with other businesses to be displayed the day of the event)
*All banners will be 2x3 ft and above sponsors will receive an ad in our District Book.

The North River Ruritan Club is a non-profit 501 (C4) organization. This means that not all donations may be tax deductible. Your cash donation may be tax deductible as an advertising expense. You should consult with your accountant to be sure.
Attached you will find a letter of good standing for North River Ruritan Club, as well as an original 501 C4 letter issued to Ruritan National in 1964, and a flyer about the event.
