More About Yoga Class by Jennifer Ruehrdanz @ Round Lake Area Park District
Traditional yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Options are offered to allow the yogi the choice to adapt the yoga postures to their comfort level. The last class of each session will be a restorative practice. All levels are welcome. Class led by Jennifer Ruehrdanz
