In December of 2019, AGW SONO Partners LLC became the majority local real estate collective for WashingtonStreet Historic District in the coastal community of South Norwalk, CT. This mixed-use real estate portfolio is comprised of 27 highly preserved historic buildings and condominium units totaling 50,000 square feet and is supported by an amazing collection of local businesses
Washington Street’s three-story buildings were constructed in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Today, these historic buildings consist of for-sale condominium homes and ground floor commercial restaurant, retail, and creative spaces and have previously been aggregated by notable real estate investors including Starwood Urban,Madison Marquette, and FD Rich. AGW SONO Partners LLC acquired the portfolio intending to instill stronger branding and execution around the unique opportunity to effectively own and manage the lion share of Washington Street.
OnWashington is the marketing arm for AGW SONO Partners LLC and a support arm for its tenants, and whose mission is to accentuate branding for the Washington Street Historic District. This unique waterfront community boasts pre-war architecture, new construction as well as refurbished apartment buildings and hotels, and is supported by a loyal consumer following and a distinguished roster of local businesses. This district-wide undertaking endeavors to create a supportive and collaborative relationship with business owners, while promoting the Washington Street Historic District as a premier destination to live, work, and play.
