Whether your goal is to lose weight, regulate your blood sugar, lower your cholesterol, or just improve your vitality for life, this class will teach you the steps to achieve better health. Krystal Quagliara is a Therapeutic Lifestyle Change (TLC) Coach. She's been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years. Krystal educates classes on the necessary lifestyle changes (nutrition, activity, sleep, mindset) they need to improve their health and vitality, while offering accountability and easy steps to follow for lasting success. Bring a notebook and a pen! (Upon completion, participants will receive a complimentary copy of Krystal's new book.)
