All the money in the world won’t save you from an unhealthy lifestyle…but its never too late! There is so much information available to us on how to manage our health and yet we are getting sicker! Many people are living with chronic disease, and they don’t know it until it’s too late or they receive a warning message from their body! Don’t become a statistic. Good health is available to all of us and in this workshop, you will learn things you can do every day that have been proven to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing.

This 60-minute workshop is an interactive session led by Leigh Bochiccho. Participants explore 4 key areas of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Mindfulness, and the benefits of making positive changes in each of the areas.

Emphasize is made on the importance of understanding ‘why’ participants want to make a change and then how they create a new habit to support it and ‘stack’ it into an existing routine.

Each participant receives worksheets to take notes, create goals, and record and track habits. Additional handouts are available on each of the areas of focus.

About the presenter: Leigh Bochicchio is a personal growth and wellness coach. After many years in corporate America, she pursued a lifelong passion to become a health coach to help others improve their health. She received her certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and an additional certification in gut health. Leigh conducts workshops on nutrition and healthy cooking and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals, groups, and families.
