More About Hopkins & Minnetonka - Skating Rink Information
The winter skating season will run from December 22 to February 20 (weather permitting). Outdoor skating rinks with warming houses are available at seven Minnetonka park locations and five Hopkins park locations.
MINNETONKA RINK LOCATIONS:
Boulder Creek, Covington, Glen Lake, Gro Tonka, McKenzie, Meadow, and Spring Hill
HOPKINS RINK LOCATIONS:
Burnes, Oakes, Central, Harley, Interlachen and Valley
SKATING RINK HOURS:
•Sundays: Noon-7 p.m.
•Monday-Friday: 4:30-9 p.m.
•Saturdays: Noon-9 p.m.
HOLIDAY HOURS:
•Winter Break (Dec. 26-30): Weekdays, Noon-9 p.m.
•Christmas Eve (Saturday, Dec. 24): Noon-5 p.m.
•Christmas Day (Sunday, Dec. 25): CLOSED
•New Year’s Eve (Saturday, Dec. 31): Noon–7 p.m.
•Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Monday, Jan. 16): Noon–9 p.m.
•President’s Day (Monday, Feb. 20): Noon–9 p.m.
