More About Sea Songs and Stories - Senior Center

The Sudbury Senior Center will celebrate the diverse heritage of the New England Coastal Region with a performance by Parents’ Choice Award winning storyteller Davis Bates on Tuesday, May 22, 11:00 AM. Davis’s program will include ghost ballads & work songs, Native American stories and folk tales. There will be plenty of sing alongs, and even a short lesson in how to play music with spoons from a kitchen drawer! Please register for this special event by contacting the Senior Center at 978-443-3055 or email senior@ with “Sea Songs” in the subject line. This program is funded, in part, by a grant from the Sudbury Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
