More About Banners 2023 Presents: McLeod Lecture Series: Inspiring Generations to Civic Engagement

The McLeod Lecture Series was founded in honor of Bill McLeod, former legislator, judge and Southwest Louisiana community leader. This March 9, qt 7 p.m., the series will return to Squires Auditorium on the McNeese State University campus as part of the Banners Cultural Spring Season. This long-running series is dedicated to presenting timely as well as historical aspects of Louisiana politics and efforts to promote a climate of good government.

A panel of public and civic leaders who were influenced and inspired by their forbearers to make a positive difference in their communities through public service and civic engagement, share their experiences and insights of what motivates and inspires them to service and how it is passed on to future generations.

Lecture to be filmed for future viewing.
