More About Blueberry Lemon Drop Pop

INGEDRIENTS
1 ¾ cups water
¾ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup (2.6 oz.) lemon-flavored vodka (such as Deep Eddy)
2 teaspoons lemon zest, plus 1/4 cup fresh juice (from 2 lemons)
¾ cup fresh blueberries
DIRECTIONS
1 Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-high, and stir constantly until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, and cool slightly. Pour simple sryup into a liquid measuring cup, and stir in vodka, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
2 Divide blueberries evenly among 10 popsicle molds; pour in lemon vodka mixture. Insert popsicle sticks, and freeze overnight.
